Review is a five-step process in which we present all the WAFR benefits, analyze your solution, and present our findings with an improvement plan.

The Review is two workshops (3h) with the client’s team to review various topics related to the Well-Architected six pillars.

Based on the improvement plan, we define the Scope of Work and define issues that will be resolved in the Remediation phase.

In the Remediation phase, we solve the problems defined in the Scope of Work. The project ends with the final presentation in which we present the remediation outcomes.
Remediation is the actual project of solving the identified problems. We solve all the issues defined in the Scope of Work.

The second step is a presentation for business leaders presenting the issues we resolved with short- and long-term actions to keep customers’ architecture up-to-date.
