As a Business Development Manager at Sedmi odjel, you will play a key role in expanding our portfolio, building partnerships, and acquiring new clients.

Your key responsibilities include:

Service & Portfolio Development – Defining and improving services, business models, and partner programs.
Sales & Market Expansion – Identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and executing sales strategies.
Strategic Execution – Implementing business development plans, supporting company goals, and tracking progress.
Client & Partner Relations – Managing partnerships, strengthening customer relationships, and driving upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
Operational Oversight – Developing business cases, structuring offers, and managing billing processes.

Prerequisites

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients and partners effectively.
Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Experience in defining and executing business strategies that drive growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of quality improvement processes and their impact on business growth.
